Synopsis

The journey begins with a heart shaped birthmark for Alice Kendrick. She was told many times that it was about her past life and true soulmate. It was on a walk one evening that she comes to a curio shop where the proprietor tells her about the birthmark and her past life as Ann Cumberland. It was in the late eighteen hundreds that a passenger ship ran aground on leeds beach on the coast of England during a major storm without a passenger except for a little girl that couldn't talk. Ann Cumberland was a passenger on that same ship. It soon became a mystery to the people of England to what happened to the passengers, until the ghosts of Ann Cumberland and her husbend Richard shaw and two friends begin to appear to her and tell her about that day when they were all lost from the Garrison. It is also at the time she receives a letter from Buckingham Palace that the Queen request her appearence to be crowned Princess.

Hi Alexandra, An interesting book and moves along quite well. To fix the grammar errors (as mentioned by Steph) and you can run a spelling and grammar check in Word. If you don't have word, there are free grammar checkers you can download or use on-line. I use Ginger (http://www.gingersoftware.com/grammarcheck/) but there are lots out there. search on grammar check free; grammar and spelling check free; etc. Finally, I'm only part way through the book, but it has kept my attention and I want to read it to find out the whole story. So you've been successful in that. Congratulations. Cheers, Viv

Ooh, thanks for that, Viv. I will definitely check Ginger and the like out... These sorts of programs can only make my work life easier, as some of the issues my clients present could have easily been solved by using a simple Spelling & Grammar check on Word.

Oooh, it sounds interesting! I can see a little bit of confusion about the tenses, and a couple of run-on sentences in this blurb, but the idea sounds really interesting. With a little polishing, it could go far!

Hi Alexandra, you need to create a table of contents for your book. To do this go to your book through My Dashboard, click on your book, click on the edit button (Edit & Review tab) and then highlight each of the chapter names and select 'chapter' from the format drop down.
